The Fish Tank is located at 34233 Via Santa Rosa in Capistrano Beach (Dana Point).   Your map app may direct you to an alley called Via Serra, which makes it confusing --- The Fish Tank is on the alley, but the alley might not be shown on your map as you're driving there.  Look for a flag with The Fish Tank on it on either Sepulveda Ave. or Via Santa Rosa---and you've found it.

 The map to the left shows an aerial view of two locations for parking on evenings and weekends---the parking lot for the office building at 34231 Camino Capistrano, Capistrano Beach, and the office building at 34239 Camino Capistrano, Capistrano Beach.
